In today’s world, most people don’t understand the struggle that some are tasked with facing on a daily basis. From lack of food and water to disease and harsh living conditions, these people suffer unimaginable challenges on a recurring basis.

When was the last time you had to worry about if and when you’d be able to get clean water?

This is one of the reasons why people like Captain Richard E. Stroupe are a rare commodity; at a cost of just 75$ per well, he offered those in need a way to get cleaner water in a consistent way. This is his story.

Fresh water is a precious commodity and one that so many of us take for granted! Even in areas where there is no shortage of fresh water, care should be taken not to squander it.

We should all harvest rainwater if we can and take measures to be water-wise in our homes and gardens.

Articles like this show just how cheap and easy it would be to help others in need. It's a shame to know that most people don't realize how feasible it is for them to contribute.
