With the rise of awareness over the aspects of health and well-being, people in today’s time give importance to the points like organic edibles. Embracing the organic edible, one not only gets healthy food to eat but it also reduces the usage of the artificial agents adding to the mission the reduction of environmental contaminations. Hence, participation in the global initiative of Edible Parks by Phoenix Voyage turns highly beneficial to the civilization of modern men.
The Edible Park Global Initiative from Phoenix Voyage is a mission to set up a network of parks for cultivating vegetable following the the principles of permaculture, a system that allows us all to live in a way that works with nature rather than fighting it. The parks so formed would act as an arena for the members of the community to hang around within a space that would be covered with lush greenery and hence, would provide a healthy ambiance for the community members to socialize Each edible park is custom designed to make the most use out of each deisgnated plot of land and includes vegetations like medicinal plants, perennial vegetable, shrubs, herbs as well fruit trees of various species. Participation in the project would enable the enthusiast of gardening to pamper their hobbies in a style that would bring many benefits to the community while the academic institutes participating in this project would get a space to arrange experiential field trips for fostering gardening and green initiatives among its students.

You had me at non-gmo! I love this! I had gotten my own seeds because the area I live in mostly imports their fruit and vegetables from California and I know they use pesticides and hormones. The local garden/farms tend to be pricier and there is no guarantee they are not GMO livestock.

I really like the idea the Phoenix Voyage is portraying. I agree i don't enjoy eating artificial foods and i think the world is embracing this fact too. Its great that there's a place where we can socialize because permiculture is something is interesting and interesting topics of conversation can ensue. I would love to take my family to one of these venues and experience a new culture of growing food. Hopefully there will be a place where we can eat the food too Lol.
