Children are our future. They are entrusted to us. They are unique personalities. They are innocent. They are happy. We can learn a lot from our kids. What do they teach us? First of all, unconditional love. They love us without any conditions, without any reason. Harmony within a person plays a crucial role in the development of abilities. Only through harmony, we can achieve results. Development is possible only when there is enough energy (prana) in the body. Without harmony, a person simply wastes his energy on the negative aspects of being such as anger, cowardice, rudeness, envy, selfishness, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to learn to live in harmony with the outside world. If you want to cultivate amazing abilities in yourself, you should perfectly master the exercises for enhancing and accumulating bioenergy and unique abilities. Most frequently, we develop psychic abilities during childhood. Being kids, we see more, hear more, notice more, and feel more. As we grow up, we stop being so sensitive. Moreover, we start to believe that emotions and intuition are adversative to science and reason. We start suppressing our childhood “gifts”. Unbelievably, these gifts are never lost completely and you can always reignite the flame of your abilities. However, it is much easier to keep these gifts. Many children have spontaneous telekinetic abilities. Their intuition and imagination are perfectly developed, and the task of parents is to keep this fire burning. Children tend to learn quicker than adults do. The most suitable age to start exercising children is from 5 to 10 years. It is important to help them stay connected to their inner knowing, or their intuition, to teach them about channeling their energy and feeling more confident. In other words, start teaching the kids of energy awareness. Basically, intuition is the right thought, as well as the right action, at the right time. Having it developed will help your kid communicate better. One of the most productive ways to raise intuition is meditation. Of course, it is not a quick and easy self-improvement program. It takes a lot of time to train the mind. However, meditating with your child is a great idea because this is how the child learns to control his emotions, studies his body and inner world, learns his consciousness and his abilities, improves his well-being and does many other useful things. Children are able to meditate. Moreover, children can meditate as adults, or even better. They can meditate, feel vibrations and correct themselves. For example, Sahaja Yoga provides creative methods of meditation through the formation of a balanced union with a small child. With simple and fun activities, you can appreciate the benefits of daily meditation, which can become part of everyday life. You can conduct meditation games with your child. Do not rush and enjoy these meditations. After a certain time, you will see the significant benefits that they bring to both you and your kid. Sure, you cannot expect a 5-year-old to grasp it all right away, but it is like planting a seed, and waiting for it to germinate. Teaching kids how to ground their energy can calm their bodies. It also can give timid or sensitive children tools to feel more empowered. One cannot object to the transforming power of Martial Arts for children as well. For example, Tai Chi helps kids to breathe more deeply, relax, feel happier and gives awareness of the power they possess. Inspired by his own son's excitement with Tai Chi at the age of only three, Stuart Olson in his book Tai Chi for Kids appeals to the innate imagination and playfulness of children. His approach is based on imitating animals while performing each posture. Kids can enjoy such exercises as "Chasing the Monkeys Away," and "Riding the Tiger to the Mountain." The book also includes a fun teaching tale of how Tai Chi has been created. At some points in our lives, we may feel that we have lost our way. Observing kids and their attitudes to life can remind us of everything. We can play different roles during our lives, but one thing remains the same for everyone: at the beginning, we all were children and like any child, we all were close to our true Self. “Kids who have an understanding of how and why their feelings are what they are, are much more likely to talk to us about what's happening, and they have better skills to work it out.” Brene Brown

You are right, the children are our future; and now they cannot be treated with the obsolete systems of ancient education that we have in the past. They are very different and need a different education and activities. I am very pleased that there are people who care about this. My congratulations
