Nature is...Organic and non GMO

Organics vs GMOs – the importance of understanding!
More and more countries are officially saying “No!” to GMOs!

After the experts analyzed the positive feedback on GMOs, it turned out that almost every "scientific" study with the conclusion "GMOs are harmless!" was financed by the manufacturers of such products. Therefore, it is difficult to consider them objective. Scientists stress that even despite the lack of long-term studies on toxicology of animals and humans, what is already known raises serious concerns about the health of people, animals, plants and the environment.

Now many countries use GM foods. Among them are the USA, Canada, China, Australia, Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay. In Switzerland, a referendum was held, and this country officially said "no" to transgenic products. The US is the largest producer of GM foods because 80% of the US food products were made using genetically modified ingredients (GMI). Many European countries refused to use GMOs. Germany and France imposed a ban on GMOs. In Germany, even scientific development of genetically modified foods is banned.

The UK has secured a ban on the cultivation of GMO products in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, as well as in England. Belgium has a ban on GMOs in Wallonia, but not in Flanders.
Does genetic engineering increase the yield of crops or reduce the use of chemicals in the fields? As it turned out, the yield does not increase, and sometimes reduces its potential. Comparison of data on yields in the USA, where GM crops are widespread, with indicators for corn, wheat, and rapeseed in Western Europe (where GM crops are generally forbidden to grow) over the past 50 years has shown that there has been a decline in yields in the United States, and the pesticide load increased.

So what are the implications of the tandem of GMOs and pesticides? Researchers from the medical school at the University of California, San Diego found that after the introduction of genetically modified foods, 70% of the people surveyed had traces of glyphosate - herbicide and crop desiccant.

Roundup is the most widespread herbicide in the world produced by the agricultural concern Monsanto. Glyphosate is the main Roundup ingredient. In July 2017, California placed glyphosate on its list of known carcinogens. Moreover, recently, the court in San Francisco ordered the Monsanto agro-concern to pay school groundskeeper Dewayne Johnson € 254 million compensation for suffering because herbicides Roundup and RangerPro containing glyphosate may have caused cancer in him.

The current verdict is only the tip of the iceberg, similar cases have been filed by hundreds of other patients. In the United States, thousands of people with cancer accuse Monsanto of their illness. A federal judge in San Francisco reviewed more than 400 such lawsuits only last month.

So, the jury's decision presented the possibility of filing similar claims against Monsanto, and furthermore, set off a chain reaction all over the world.

The German Bayer, which recently bought Monsanto, advocated the safety of glyphosate and informed that it would appeal the jury’s choice. Glyphosate, the most utilized herbicide in the European Union, has been the subject of dialogues for a long time. A year ago, the European Commission broadened its permit, yet after the San Francisco court decision, demands for its ban strengthened.

Minister of the Environment of France Nicolas Hulot called the verdict "the beginning of the war" against glyphosate in Europe. Activists of India did not remain on the sidelines either and required the national prohibition on glyphosate. The head of Greenpeace in Australia Jamie Hanson encouraged the Australian government to strictly limited the sales of Roundup all over the country as well!

It’s hardly surprising that, taking into account all of the above, products called "organic food" are gaining more and more popularity. Most importantly, organic products are grown in clean, ecological places. Instead of chemical fertilizers and nitrates, only natural, such as manure, compost, and ash are used. Cows, pigs, and poultry are not injected with antibiotics, nor the growth enhancers are used

Organic products are nearly 50% richer with useful vitamins and antioxidants. Dairy products, as well as organic meat, contain less saturated fat and many useful fatty acids and are also richer in a protein.

Since WHO and health authorities in different countries are underestimating the existing danger of GMOs, ordinary people, non-governmental organizations and independent scientists have to deal with the dominance of transgenes without the support of these influential structures.

We have been enjoying gifts from nature since ancient times, that is why it’s vital to remember that we must take care of our woods, rivers, and air, thinking about the planet our children will live on.

Yoga is one of the most acceptable forms of exercise, sport, and body maintenance and meditation program across the globe.

Our health education teacher has always told us to go for sport or exercise in the morning but did they ever tell us that there are unique benefits that are attached to the early morning exercise?

Before going into the details of the article, it is important that the first point to be analyzed is that you not being a morning person should not be an excuse to practice short yoga in the morning.

Practicing yoga in the morning is one of the easiest things you can always do with little or no effort. Just the way our body takes few days before adapting to a new change, that’s the same way you just need few days to get into the gentle yoga routine.

This article will point at five unique benefits of a short yoga routine in the morning and why you need to start practicing. The yoga you will be performing in the morning is a popular form of simple yoga and you don’t need to stress yourself.
Also the early morning yoga does not mean it should be super early in the morning. Don’t wake up by 4 or 5 am practicing yoga. Nobody is instructing you. You are in charge so start when you feel is best and move at your pace.

The first benefit that the short yoga in the morning will offer is that you will be able to focus better on your day ahead.

The first way for you to start your day is by awakening your mind through one of the major tools of yoga which is meditation. A one leg balance (standing on one leg with the second knee high above your thigh to your chest level) is a very good one you can start with to get you ready to concentrate.

Doing this will definitely wake you up and your brain will be ready for any other task you have ahead to focus on.

Short yoga in the morning will help boost your energy level

This needs little or no explanation because we all know that moving our body literally means you are moving the cells in your body and this leads to cell oxygenation. When the cells move, the oxygen present in the body runs through and between the cells to help reinvigorate the body. This process is simple and has been proven scientifically.

Another option is early morning jumping. Some people adopt the method of buying a bouncer and they ensure they jump for just 60 second s every morning. Sun salutation is another term that some people use to qualify their early morning yoga practice because all they do is go out for a short walk in the morning. It is really the salutation of the sun.
Lastly under this, bringing the head, legs and arms to the position they will spend the rest of the day is a very useful routine for you to start your day because it freshens up the body, makes the body feel lighter and awake.

Early morning Yoga will help reduce the stress level

We have talked about oxygenation right? Yes. Having the cells oxygenated gives a clearer focus of the day and automatically you feel more relaxed.

Where are the food lovers? This will be a solid point to convince the food lovers because short yoga in the morning will help you Eat more.

Picture
Every foodie will appreciate this because there is no need to explain the fact that exercise helps in the process of weight loss. Spending some minutes every morning doing the forward pose, the four limbed staff poses and other yoga exercises will help increase the rate of metabolism in the body. High metabolic rate means high rate of digestion which results in burning of calories.

So, with early morning yoga, you don’t need to be bothered about the dessert you have always avoided. But the point is don’t exaggerate by taking excess. Remember it’s your body and you need to treat your system well.

Short yoga in the morning helps you Tone up

Aside the fact that with the early morning yoga you can always eat more, another benefit of the short yoga in the morning is that you will begin to develop a better shape. You have more defined arms, stronger and good looking legs and some other positive changes that can’t be mentioned.

The bottom line...

Let it be stated that to practice yoga in the morning, you don’t necessarily need to drive to any yoga studio 6 am in the morning to accomplish the task, all you need to do is to practice in the comfort of your home.

All you need is a yoga mat or a rug in your home can serve that purpose,   a device that will connect you to the internet so you can watch yoga videos or download our NEW RELEASE 'Begin Your Day with Sun Salutation'.

Some early morning yoga exercises that can be practiced are explained in the sun salutation. The yoga steps explained in the book are yoga steps that can be practiced by beginners and even professionals. The only thing needed from you is the dedication and focus to stay on the right track of following the routine daily.

You are just one click away from getting the Sun Salutation eBooklet that will expose you to the basic yoga exercise that can be done early in the morning!

Thank you  and God bless.
