Changing yourself, you will transform the world around you. If you change your thoughts, your feelings and actions will modify. Only when you have enough experience will it be possible to move into the open air. So, start with the simple, gradually moving to the more difficult. Meditate, concentrate, practice often, be patient and of course, believe: the results will surely astonish you!

Enjoy the process and never try to force it. Try to feel optimistic and listen to your senses, don’t worry about the result and never get frustrated if you will not see it immediately. Telekinesis is not magic and needs patience and hard work.
